Dr. Keith Seidenberg received his college degree from Columbia College and his medical degree from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons. His Internship was completed at Bassett Hospital, Columbia University and his Ophthalmology Residency at Bellevue/NYU Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. As an Assistant Clinical Professor at NYU Medical Center he enjoys lecturing and training ophthalmologists in surgery. He was a NIH Research Fellow and is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey.
Dr. Keith Seidenberg is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and a certified LASIK and PRK surgeon. As a refractive surgeon he was instructed in the use of the excimer laser in Canada by the pioneers of the surgery. He was one of the first doctors in the metropolitan area to start treating patients when the FDA approved the procedure in 1995. He is a certified LASIK surgeon with the VISX, Summit and Autonomous Flying Spot Lasers. He performs his cataract, glaucoma and pediatric surgery at The Valley Hospital’s Luckow Pavillion, Surgicare of Oradell and The Bergen-Passaic Cataract and Laser Center.
He is a diplomate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and fellow of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Seidenberg has been awarded research grants from the National Institute of Health (NIH), presented papers at international meetings and has published numerous articles in the American Journal of Ophthalmology. The doctor and his wife have two boys and live in Wyckoff. His outside interests include hiking, photography, and following Yankee baseball.
